Error: reading EKS Cluster(cluster name here): couldn't find resource

I am using a remote back end here, so I have to change the back end to point to terraform cloud. I verified that the resource was running in AWS (I had just run the previous tutorial) but it still wouldn't work. I also verified that the region was correct.

Any help would be appreciated!

working from windows 10 with kind, and after I try terraform apply

I'm getting this error:

I have already checked the box on Docker desktop to "Expose daemon on tcp://localhost:2375 without TLS"

any advice?
