Describe the bug
The delivery time periods should have a label, instead they'll not work. We need to fix it, in case just the delivery time is sufficient as select label.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Delivery days
2. Create an empty label delivery time
3. Add a product to the cart and go to checkout

Describe what can be improved and why it's good.
Change the settings page permissions to manage_woocommerce instead of customize

Hi.
I have installed your plugin in my Marketplace that works with WCFM Marketplace.
When a customer places an order, the day and time of delivery is displayed in the email that the customer and the Marketplace administrator receive, but it is not received by the marketplace seller.
How can i fix this?.
