Implement `Path.write_json()` `Path.read_json()`

Depend on recordclass to have it installed, add a JSONEncoder/Decoder for that type? Sucks there's no for_json or __json__ yet.

I searched in anaconda.org and there is no channel with this package.

Change default location to $TMP/module to allow easier cleaning
