IDEA run提示opencv找不到

我查了一下自己装了最新的opencv 环境变量：
Path: D:\Develop\opencv\build\x64\vc15\bin
OPENCV_HOME:D:\Develop\opencv\build
依然出现上面的错误，该怎么才能跑起来呢
