Currently, the CMB2 library required to make the meta boxes work is inside the WPFMC plugin. Make this plugin work standalone without any other plugin's.

Make the base archive page selectable

Add a setting to choose a page where the list of books will be displayed. The slug of this page will also be used to create permalinks for the individual book pages.

Only run output code if the single post type is open

Currently the 'themeist_books_add_after_post_content' runs on all single page/posts/post types. Optimize it to only run if the user is on a single books page.
