invivotools's Introduction

InVivoTools

InVivoTools is a system for journaling, analyzing and retrieving data. The Graph_db provides a flexible way to produce graphs for stored data.

The most recent version can be downloaded from https://github.com/heimel/InVivoTools

The manual can be found at: https://github.com/heimel/InVivoTools/wiki

For information on showing visual stimuli check out the manual on the NewStim package (forked from the Van Hooser lab tools) that is included with InVivoTools https://sites.google.com/site/alexanderheimel/protocols/manual-newstim-and-runexperiment

invivotools's Issues

unpaired testing in graph

graph will assume it can apply a paired test if two groups have equal size. This can be wrong, and suprises the users. Its default behavior should change to not do paired testing unless requested by an option. Perhaps extra_option 'paired', which could be false (default) or true.
