A CLI tool(s) for finding old versions of nix packages!
Make sure you have nix installed:
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf -L https://install.determinate.systems/nix | sh -s -- install
Then install nvs:
nix-env -i -f https://github.com/jeff-hykin/nix_version_search_cli/archive/09c50c09060cd1c070611568ac8fa713c72f5a2a.tar.gz
There's three commands:
nvsc
for nix code (forshell.nix
,default.nix
, orflake.nix
)nvsg
for global installs (e.g.nix-env
)nvsr
for interactive nix shells
If you want to use the "python" package in some nix code do:
