The report should have sections.

• one that reads images from a folder
  • This should first check if a file with that name exists
  • Then create a title for the image in the md file
  • publish the image under the title.
• another that shows metrics from a text file.
  • just dump the contents of a reports.txt file that you generate from your notebook in to the md file

You will need to learn some bash scripting, like conditionals and loops that you will use for the image reports.

Maybe I don't need to split it yet. I can just use portions of the data to check for the graphs stability by gradually increasing the sample size I use.
