we should move to gfortran? but how should we replace -finit-local-zero?

g77 is of course obsolete.
Especially in OSX, even with HPC-binary, compiling g77 fails with an error

No solutions for this problem are found on WWW, and we are encouraged to move to gfortran.
But gfortran does not have -finit-local-zero option... How should we do...?
