Mark chunk as free and perform compaction.

Right now, downward scrolling will continue to be possible until the last line in the history has left the screen at the top. This is clearly not desired behaviour.

This will not affect malloc() very much but might speed up free() when allocating a large number of chunks and then freeing things.

Dispatching for L4Re::Service_::Open in Kbd_server at startup sometimes fails:

loader  | Ldr: ERROR: rom/console_client.cfg:4: invocation of service failed: 'Invalid request'

I don't know if this is due to a timeout, as the polling thread always seems to active at this very moment and pushing scancodes to Kbd_server.

Use the time difference between updates to calculate positions for paddle velocity without large fluctuations.
