1. There should be a way to authenticate to the API so it can be used.
2. It should document how this process is exactly done and which endpoints the clients can consume.

As a user of the kershless API I should be able to create, read, update and delete a User resource from the API.

Describe the solution you'd like

• A User endpoint should be created which supports all CRUD operations.
• It should be documented.
• It should be 100% covered.
• User resources don't have to be persisted yet.
• The endpoint doesn't have to be secured yet.
