  • /budgets - list all budgets with "Add" link and "View", "Edit" and "Delete" actions
  • /budgets/new - create a new budget (with name and id) - "Save" and "Cancel" returns to /budgets
  • /budgets/:id - show the budget name & id "Back", "Edit" and "Delete" actions
  • /budgets/:id/edit - edit an existing budget "Cancel" and "Save" route to /budgets? or View?

Description

• Create storage API to store/load budgets.
• It should use a storage API of some sort. This will be swapped out in the future for filesystem or REST. Initially it should store to localStorage.
