Currently the cache grows indefinitely. We need a way to remove older entries from the list. Probably a good idea to use LRU. Might necessitate changing the mtime of every entry on use.

When ctsc is running custom tsconfig that extends from other tsconfig, it doesn't follow the extends field.

Below is an example to reproduce the problem.

When the command ctsc -p tsconfig.build.json is ran, it complaints for No include found in tsconfig /path/to/tsconfig.build.json. This error is unexpected, because the "include" field could be read from the extended file "tsconfig.json" in the example.

When running ctsc on windows, it doesn't compile the project, without any error messages.

Not sure which *nix specific feature is ctsc relaying on, but at least it can just proxy to tsc if it's on windows?

Otherwise, we'll need to have conditional build script to call tsc or ctsc depending on the uname output (uname is available on windows when using "git bash")

I tried changing the "module" property to "esnext" but the compiled code still contains require instead of import.

I need this for async loading.
