Thanks a lot for docsify-auto-sidebar, it is a awesome tool and I love it, beucase creating the sidebar manually was the reason I didn't wanted to use docsify!

But, is it really "auto"? Yes it generates the sidebar automatically but the problem remains (even though it got much easier to solve with your tool): I have to run it manually every time something changes on the pages' names or paths!

It would be a nice option to have if the default page (README.md in the root) could also optionally be included in the generated sidebar.
