Polar project management is my personal projects management, that i can use to create any language projects with your respectives templates.

The design for this project, is a comand line command like:

polar new project_name --git --lang=c

• Implement the ´new´ command
  • Create a directory ´~/Projects/project_name´
  • If ´--git´ option, init git
  • For this first version, create the "hello world" for the version of '--lang' option
    • Implement a parser for this option that returns a symbol for given language
