Add some tests

The mobile menu button is styled incorrectly.

It currently shows:

When it should show a sort of dropdown-ish menu like:

This snippet from postcss.config.js shows we pinned the version for these two postcss deps. We can unpin these once NextJS supports PostCSS 8 (track this issue vercel/next.js#17242)

It would be nice to have horizontal scroll support on these tables rendered in HTML. On mobile, the text overflows and it looks very cramped:

NOTE: this could be an issue that needs to be fixed in the original theme as well

NextJS 12+ now uses swc for js transpilation. Although it still supports using babel (and will automatically opt-out of swc if it detects a .babelrc, it would be nice to keep up-to-date.

So far, we only use babel for the following plugins:

• babel-plugin-prismjs

Once the above works with swc, we can drop babel.
