Es sollte möglich sein, mehrere Bildgebendeverfahren in einem Auftrag zu Beauftragen. Mit dem aktuellen Vorschlag kann jeweils nur ein Bildgebendesverfahren beauftragt werden und das Formular muss für jedes Bildgebendesverfahren erneut ausgefüllt werden. Bspw. könnte die Gruppe "Bildgebendesverfahren" im Formular wiederholbar sein.

The values for the readonly fields order.title, order.type, order.category must be defined fix for the CH RAD-Order Questionnaire. It is to be discussed where this should be done (Questionnaire, QuestionnaireResponse).
This must then be described in the IG CH ORF because it affects all derived exchange formats.

This errors cause the consequence errors in:

The subdivision into title and data is not necessary, because the data type attachment already includes these posibilities.

Need to be changed in Questionnaire/QuestionnaireResponse and added in StructureMap.

ImagingStudy is referred to by the ServiceRequest, however the questionnaire has no part where such a reference to the ImagingStudy could be added.

If a ImagingStudy is provided it should also be explained in the implementation Guide that the ImagingStudy itself is not contained and needs to be exchanged in another way depending on the situation.

Currently Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse are required for CH ORF and CH RAD Order. It would be helpful to have also a document definition for the RAD Order with only the structured information provided. This would be useful for validation and maybe also for systems claiming conformance for working with orders without relying on the Questionnaire/QuestionnairerResponse?

Beim Text zu caveat.drugPrescription steht "z.B. Metformin". Jedoch hat es Value Set nur den Code für Medformin.
Vorschlag: caveat.drugPrescription zu boolian machen mit Ja/Nein und das "z.B." löschen oder Substanz Value Set von eMedication übernehmen und ein Option Set hinzufügen.

The questionnaire is defined with german text descriptions, CodeSystem/ValueSet is however RequestedService is however in english:
