Final Note

This project has been swinging around inside my PC since Apex Legends SS10 was released, and I was creating it for fun, only using it for a while. So I released it in case someone wanted this.

Competitive, Arena, Ranked Arena is currently partially supported (I only play public: TRIO). Any PR, Contribution is appreciated.

EDIT (12 August 2022): Official Discord Presence is now supported by the game itself, But just hidden. This repo will goes to archive state if official one is shown. (I still happy to maintain this while official one is still hidden)

apexrpc's Issues

New to GitHub, need help :)

Hello! I'm kinda new to GitHub and don't have much experience with anything here.

From what I understand, I can fork this project to basically clone it, right?

I edited the Translation.js to change "Chilling in lobby..." to just say "In lobby" and saved it. But how do I like, build this into an .exe then? (All I literally figured out by myself is to edit that thing through notepad)

RPC doesn't open

This rpc worked fine a while back, but when I went to update to the newest version I just get this same message with nothing else. My .env file is already named that and says it's an example file, copying and pasting doesn't do anything. I open it with notepad to put in my steam details but it doesn't seem to change the message.

Tried with 1.08 and 1.07

Season 14 KC map isn't detected

I just like using this, have no idea how the code works. I'm assuming the new map's name isn't in the code, as it's been updated. If you could get around to updating it, I would greatly appreciate it!

Where do you get map names?

Good afternoon, I was looking to contribute and add some of the new maps in rotation for Team DM such as mp_rr_freedm_map_name_the_core, and I was confused on where to find the shortened name like freedm_map_name_skulltown goes with skull-town. I looked at the in rotation maps on the wiki and game files, but freedm_map_name_skulltown doesn't exist in files, it comes up as mp_rr_freedm_skulltown, which does not work. parsedLevel warns for the proper name that it sees and you'd throw that in.
TLDR: Where do you find these shortened names of the unknown maps logged by parsedLevel for images?
sorry if that was confusing, i kind of confused myself writing that

Also in the files, it shows skulltown as
map_name "#FREEDM_MAP_NAME_SKULLTOWN"
image gungame_skull_town
so the part of "skull-town" is what I'm looking for
