What is "Home Kit tester"? Those warning shouldn't cause discover failure. Can you try using bonjour service scanner and see if you can find the raspberry and HAP service?

Ya it is the simulator for Home Kit controller and accessory available with MAC book.
It did the discovery part but when the pairing request is sent the HAP server is not responding. Pairing is remaining is step M1.
I am checking it now.

just checked there is a mismatch in the state type. It is 7 in HomeKit tester and 6 in HAP server .
I think the home kit tester is probably implemented with an older version of nomenclature.. Further investigating.
I would download as well the HomeKit demo and install in the iphone and start using HAP server rather than using the home kit tester. Using the simulator again needs some reverse engineering.
The console output was " HAP server is listening" .
