In the solution to the sample Javascript (content/jsapps/random/sample-solution/index.md), the following is unclear:

// this will hold the ids:
 let ids = [];

 // from artists, strip the id from each video link and
 // push to ids
 function getID(artist) {
   const link = new String(artist.link);
   const pattern = /watch\?v=(.*)$/
   const match = pattern.exec(link);
   ids.push(match[1]);
 }

I don’t see how the array is actually populated. Did you perhaps mean to include something like artists.forEach(getID)?

Also, the use of pattern.exec() might be unclear to folks who are new to regular expressions in JavaScript. Perhaps explain that it returns an array, and explain why the second element of that array is the capture that we want.

I looked at the assignment on Canvas again, and I think it was actually meant to be here. My bad!
