The password to server to be provided as an environment variable.

It seems it'll require running python to generate the hashed password based on user input and manipulating the config file, either jupyter_notebook_config.py or jupyter_notebook_config.json.

It may be reasonable to start with hardcoding the password first.

Configuring with user provided password has to be processed during container startup. Probably make a proper entrypoint script for all that.
