There was an issue when I ran the second script "run_individual_vds.sh", and I solved the issue by adding the project folder to the python path temporally. (Note that, this is a temporary solution)

# At the top of `run.py`, add this two lines
import sys
sys.path.append("/abspath/to/DeepVoro")

I'm not sure it is only a problem with my system, I would like to ask the authors to check the code in other (not tested) systems.
