Recipe 2.8, "Using Packer to Create a Docker Image," references now-invalid Bintray URIs for the Packer binary and Vagrant package. These were moved to the HashiCorp releases service in 2015.

When I run the command:
/home/vagrant/packer build template.json
near the bottom of page 52, I get the error:

when the bootstrap.sh script runs.
I've done a seaarch:
apt-cache search nginx
and nginx is found in the repository

Both examples ends up with "Error establishing a database connection" when opening http://localhost
Test environment:
