忽然有了解决Python Notify插件伪多线程的BUG。
说是解决多线程，其实是间接方法。
增加一个中间存储转发接力程序。然后Python Notify中就不用多线程，直接连localhost的储存转发接力程序，把需要通知的消息先暂存到这里。
由转发程序负责将通知消息发到虚拟机外的Notify客户端。
