Is your feature request related to a current shortcoming? Please describe.
Currently only packages are installed that are needed to run the daemons. As we compile Slurm
ourselves the compile time dependencies have to installable.

What are the compile deps? Shall we install these on the slurmmaster testserver only? RFC

Add parameter slurm::compile_deps to have slurm::common::install the compile time dependencies.

Fix the if-statement in above code. Always open port for slurmdbd!

Is logrotation working correctly.

Verify that the logrotation script works correctly.

Due to deadlines the current state of the module is missing documentation (excpect for inline
documentation) and 99% of the unit test coverage.

Describe the solution you'd like
For next release add meaningful unit tests using shared examples and end user documention of the slurm
class.
