Goal: Familiarization with strings and use of basic methods of processing them in the Java programming language. Acquiring skills in using strings in the Java programming language.

Create a class that consists of an executive method that performs an action with a text line (C17), the type of which is defined by the option (C3). It is necessary to handle all exceptional situations that may occur during the execution of the program code. All variables must be described and their values ​​set in the executing method.
