Building & Asterisk 21

Hi there,

This might be a bit of a long shot, but I am trying to get a CAPI ISDN device working with Asterisk 21 on Linux. Right now, I am unable to even get chan_capi to compile in any way.

This version of chan_capi seems to have a weird Makefile format (I am not familiar with any Makefile at all) and this seems to make sense as your INSTALL document notes the use of freebsd-make but I cannot find any references to freebsd-make online so not sure where to obtain it.

The original version of chan_capi by adlerweb starts to compile but does not appear to be compatible with Asterisk 21 which is not surprising given its age.

Any advice regading getting this working would be greatly appreciated,
