-Should have the ability to add certain .xml files to BinaryData such that their data is parsed into files and loaded into the patch folder if files by those names don't already exist

-give each operator variables for 'lastOutputSampleL' and 'lastOutputSampleR'
-add APVTS controls/ ParamStatic members for pan
-hide pan knobs when operator is not audible
-FM should still be calculated as if the outputs were mono

-choose a better font
-draw the buttons differently and choose colors (maybe no border?)
-write a specific lookAndFeel for the operator output toggles

the path drawing logic should handle this as an exception and not draw a regular path

-create a 'global colors' namespace to easily find and match colors
-add lines/arrows for visual clarity on the FM routing grid
-write LookAndFeel method overrides to customize things (esp. tabs on the LFO menu and rotary sliders for the envelopes)
