Chrome 76 beta allows the CSS to query whether the user has OS-level dark mode enabled. If so, we should query that and switch to a darker color scheme (I know this requires some substantial theming, so this does not need to be high on the priority list)

If we delete a venue but the user has an old browser tab open, they'll get a 404 when they try to see what's on tap at the Nook or Wish You Were Beer.

Let's catch that 404, display a toast saying that venue is gone, and re-fetch venues.

Doing any sort of search or filtering can take up to several seconds and there's no visual indication that anything is happening. As a stopgap to making search/filter instant, we need a loading state.

I tried following the readme by running npm run dev and npm run build, but both fail to compile. I got the following error for both:

Module parse failed: Unexpected token (755:8)
You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type.

It seems that the webpack config is missing the vue-loader plugin. Am I missing information and need to update the docs? Or do I need to fix the build process?

On iOS, when using taproom select, browser zooms in slightly; doesn’t zoom back out.
