Fix index to coordinate translation

The method is missing the z * width multiplication in the x coordinate.

When downloading and using slime-tools on Mac OS (Java 1.8), the following error always occurs:

Fix incorrect bitset length

Slime/core/src/main/java/me/hugmanrique/slime/core/data/SlimeFile.java

Line 50 in 453ef8a

int bitSetLength = ((width * depth) / 8) + 1;

The current implementation will return an incorrect length (+ 1 of actual) if the value is divisible by 8. A trivial fix is to replace the + 1 with a Math.ceil call.

Additionally add a test case for this.

NoClassDefFoundError: net/bytebuddy/agent/ByteBuddyAgent

Trying to start it on Windows with Spigot 1.8.8 gives me NoClassDefFoundError for ByteBuddy
