go-search-extension's Issues

Dash replaced mistakenly in search result

浏览器:Chrome
os:Windows 10

现象:
使用插件搜索框字段中的 '-' 字符在搜索时被删除掉了

复现例子:
在插件中搜索 jaeger-client-go,回车之后搜索字段变成了 jaegerclientgo,并且返回404。

Sort package results in the same order as pkg.go.dev (or configurable setting)

https://pkg.go.dev tends to sort packages by the number of other packages that import them, which is a decent metric for how popular/important a package is (although there is an open issue for giving more options: golang/go#36952)

However, this extension seems to use a different order (lexicographic sorting, maybe?). I find that often, I end up clicking through to a fork or otherwise non-useful package instead of the one I expect, which would be the top result if I searched directly on https://pkg.go.dev.

One example I run into frequently is github.com/spf13/afero:

Go plugin not available in Firefox

Hi.
I wanted to know whether it is intentional that the Go plugin is not available in the Firefox extension store? Both the Rust and C++ plugins are available.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox 90.0.2 and I am actively using the C++ plugin without issues. It is great!

Let me know if I can help out.

To replicate issue:
Click the Go Firefox link from the README or attempt to search for the Go plugin in the Firefox extension store.
