Delimiter on each statment

There is no delimiter for each SQL statement. That makes carbonate failed execute the migration script.
Is this a bug?
I already see the source code and I think it's a bugs.
Bug fix and release new version might be a good idea.

Schema version table not filled in on the first migration

I have several migration files to create a database from scratch. However, when I run Play on empty database, the Carbonate's schema version table is created but not populated with the migration versions and it stays empty.

When the schema version table has correct entries the migration runs well and new version is added to the table.
The jpa.ddl option is set to none.

Add a web view for generating migrations

A simple page with a text area for the migration content and "Generate migration" and "Save to file" buttons. Could also add "Migrate now!" button for running the migrations and maybe showing the possible errors in the page?
