Add widescreen support

tueidj of CorsixTH has provided a heavily modified SDL Wii package that
includes support for 848x480 (and 848x400) widescreen video modes.

When 16:9 Wii system resolution is detected, the 848x400 mode should be set and
calls should also be made to center the 4:3 image.

May want to allow override of this behavior via command-line option.

Modify tutorial to reflect Wii controls

The in-game (level 0) tutorial instructs the player on how to control the game
on the PC rather than the Wii.

It would be nice if the Wii controls could be mentioned instead, to make it
feel less like a port and more like a native app.

Analysis is needed to determine feasibility, especially considering the
recently-added variability of control mappings.

Tweak wiimote sensitivity

Wiimote sensitivity seems a bit high.

Try playing with libogc WPAD_SetVRes() and scaling the results.

No binary for 0.8.684.2

Just in case you ever see this... a boot.dol was not included in the release, making it impossible to play the update.

Add ability for user to toggle between stick up/down and nunchuk/classic buttons for jump/activate/climb

Initial release has Nunchuck Z/C and Classic Controller Pro ZL/L mapped to
jump/activate/climb, but some users may prefer to use stick up/down for these
actions.

Provide a means for end-user to select the mapping mode. This can probably be
most easily accomplished via a command-line parameter that is passed in from
meta.xml, since the game already has command-line parameter handling code.

Check code into source repository

Need to get my Wii port into the source repository, so that I can use it as a
baseline for future version-controlled changes.

Steps:
1. Check in official stable Abuse source tarball - DONE
2. Check in latest official SVN source changes - DONE
3. Clean up my port a bit, and make sure I can still build it - WIP
4. Check in my port changes - TODO
