I ended up upgrading Bliss to the latest version and moving to Zygisk for KernelSU, it works this way at the moment, maybe Magisk will work to. A lot of work has been done on Bliss since initially reporting this.

@slonopot please don't close the issue, it has not been either confirmed as wont fix or fixed, if it doesn't affect you anymore for whatever reason you can unsubscribe from the issue if you don't want to be notified anymore
