video file permission denied on host
error: threads don't restart
녹화 정상종료 및 저장 이후 다시 대기모드로 들어가지 않고, 방송이 켜저도 녹화되지 않음

- 각 스트리머 단위로 파일에 로그 저장
- videos 폴더 아래 스트리머별 폴더 생성, 영상을 각자 폴더에 저장
- 스레드 종료 이후 클라우드에 자동 업로드(rclone 이용)
- 스트리머 id 외부 파일로 넣기
- docker compose 이용하기
- github action 이용하여 docker 크로스플랫폼 빌드 자동화
error: program stop when no streamer live
error: 100% cpu usage
main()의 while True: 부분이 지연 없이 계속 실행되며 발생하는 것으로 추정
