ef5's Issues

README Linux instruction

Clone the source code from GitHub. 1. autoreconf --force --install 2. ./configure

Should be:
Clone the source code from GitHub.
$ autoreconf --force --install
$ ./configure

does not compile without warnings on Ubuntu

When compiling on Linux (Ubuntu), -Werror flag is set as part of AM_CXXFLAGS.
When there is a warning, compilation stops.
It would be great not to have any warnings.
To make it compile, I had to remove that compiler flag from Makefile.am

PET data units are not matching in examples given in the short course training package, which is available on the EF5 website.

I downloaded the short course training package available on the EF5 website(http://ef5.ou.edu/training/). I worked on the example basins, which are the Wangchu basin and example2. I found that, though both examples are using the same PET data(FEWSNET). The PET values have different units in the control file. The Wangchu basin has mm/d, whereas example2 has mm/h. May I know the reason for the same.
The control files of both the basins are attached to this post for your kind reference.

Observerd values are not being displayed in the final output given by EF5 model.

I tried to run the EF5 model using all the required files. The model ran successfully, and I got the output file with discharge values. But the output excel file was not showing the observed values in it. Though I tried with all the formats of dates in the observed file, which are accepted by EF5(as shown in the training video in the EF5 website), I was unsuccessful. But when I tried with the observed values of the example2 basin(whose date format is not according to the prescribed format) available in the short course training package, observed values were seen in my output excel file for my study area. May I know the reason for the same.
I also observed that the format of dates in the output file is changing for every ten dates. why is it so?
I am attaching the images of the observed data of example2, sample observed data of my study area and the output file for your kind reference.

Output Observed value become nan

Its truly helpful that EF51.2.3 have done better job on the prediction of flood!
However, there are some issues like my observed value of output(csv) all become nan, and the discharge of prediction are normal. How did this happen? Is this a new bug of it?
I'm worried about this issue will disturb the calibration...
Hope i can get your reply soon, thanks!
