The bug just bit me today, I tried to isolate and reproduce it today, with no luck. I can just confirm that it appears when in a string with a series of words separated by commas, like "word1, word2, word3, word5, word5". In my case today, only words 2, 3 and 4 had the __ preprended. Strange bug effectively...

We shipped the project and moved to another one. I think the problem still exists somehow but feel free to close the issue.
