Implement modules interpreter

fix letrec/cps-letrec special forms hack
Currently letrec and cps-letrec's special forms are implemented in a hacky way. For instance, the following
(cps-letrec '(quote x y))
says
; quote: : missing binding [,bt for context]
when it should really say bad syntax
Remove `eopl` dependency
I dislike being dependent on the eopl package. A possible solution is to rewrite the interpreters using (Racket's match)[https://docs.racket-lang.org/reference/match.html].
Would gladly merge if someone is willing to rewrite the following interpreters using match
- Arithmetic
- Lexical
- Functional
- Recursive
Implement CPS interpreter, threads, exceptions
