The pause key (either on keyboard or controller) works globally and will toggle pause without window focus - just typing now I've paused and unpaused the game multiple times.

Please add a way for it to work only when the game window is focused (maybe by default) and a toggle if you find the present behavior useful.

is it possible to suspend gpu/cpu usage in paused mode? your method is perfect regarding gameplay, no annoying fast forward, but game still renders and consumes resources unnecessarily.

i wonder thats why they dont have it build ingame, maybe is it being a technical challenge to big for the studio that they opted for the philosophy excuse of the souls franchise...

As the title says, what about doing it so that, for instance, doing some START+SELECT or something like that, it works with gamepad?
