target is usually not wanted in version control

Might be debatable, but I think the general consensus is that the target dir should not be in version control. It is built and gets in the way. I think we want that war in data/examples anyway.

Issue #13 - Recommended some changes or ideas

I have rebuilt the war file after having added the copyright information. I have also made some changes to the README.md and all images that I added are prefixed with "contrib" to make it easier to delete. My changes are minor and are things that are technicalities.

Recommendation: I suggest that my changes be altered because my changes probably interrupted the fluidity of the original README.md.
