The new child/sibling feature does not properly create a link to the new file.

There's a command to outdent a file so why not one to indent the file?

In other words:
13af -> 13af1 or the next available alphanumeric character

This appends a alphanumeric character to the start of the Luhmann id.

For example, 12af should become 012af

Should request for what character to append? Or randomly assign nearest character (currently other features append closest character possible).
