Does this repo relates also to Dell XPS 9380 (2019) ?

Dell released new laptop (13" version with webcam on top) - XPS 9380. I was able to find out that it's using Goodix Fingerprint Device by running lshw command.

/0/100/14/0/a    communication  Goodix Fingerprint Device

Is there way how to know if this is same fingerprint device like on previous dell - Dell XPS 9570 fingerprint sensor (27c6:5395) ?

Don't redistribute the windows dll

I'd suggest against redistributing the windows dll, to avoid any legal problem.

The version of the file and maybe a hash can be communicated instead, to allow interested developers to get exactly the same file which corresponds to the IDA database.

Does this allow usage of the fingerprint sensor within Linux?

I read through the docs and (think I) understand that the docs guide helps to set things to up use the fingerprint sensor within a Windows VM.

Does this also allow me to use the fingerprint sensor to unlock my Linux laptop in Windows Hello fashion?
