可以的，但是预训练VGG19提取的冗余信息太多，整体性能应该会下降。
我早期做过这个实验，效果是比较差的，后来方法改进后没试过，你可以尝试下。

VGG19在4层和11层可以提取色彩和光照信息，但是更深层就无法有效分离色彩信息了，您在以前的实验种是使用的哪一层的特征呢？

我用的是style loss常用的四层的全局池化后的向量concat。你可以尝试训练一下，我开源的代码和早期实验的代码差别还是比较大的，可能现在vgg19可以了。但就我经验，vgg19提取的风格信息不是增强所需的信息。
