For the app to connect to rpi stream it need the rpi's IP.
I found this article that use i2c to display on the LCD.
I have another LCD but i believe it would work find
additional things:

• I2C Display Adapter
• I2C Logic Level Converter

Os: ubuntu server
Rpi: module 4
Ram : 4 GB

On windows 10 install package:
pip install opencv-contrib-python
It the only package that work .
Try install the normal on but it didn't detect the package.
