Organize a meeting date to discuss the statute

There is the case that someone who is not close to our branch needs our graphic assets.
That case would be an collaborator, a friend-branch designer etc
It would be nice if we had a link to our assets at our web page

If possible, we can add the assets themselves, but that's up to the assignee

Currently there is no way for someone to find what are the student communities of the IHU and how to contact them. The IHU page has a list of research groups, but student communities can not be classified as research groups. Τhey are not that formal for the main page to host them and it could take ages before we see any change to that page.

I'm proposing to add the list of communities in the iee department's apps application, until we find a more public solution.

Potential implementation:

• Create a github repository and save a json with the information and static content such as images
• Use openApps to show that information to the end user
• Open an issue to IEE Apps android application to support that
• [optional] Use IT_api to publish it as it's resource

With the number of our members increasing, it would be a good idea to add a greet bot to our slack account. This greet bot good help with the on boarding process .

A good first step as idea validation could be to create a public google calendar to which a community can mark a date as :

• I have an event for that date if not anything else come up.
• Interested to book that date for an event.
• There is an event scheduled for that date.
• There is an super urgent situation/event on that date / no modifications can be made.

To do so:

• Create a google calendar
• Create colored tags for each type of event
• Invite [email protected] to that calendar and give full access to the IEEE account.
• Invite OWASP and give edit access (email address is not known ).
• Invite SmartCampus and give edit access [email protected]

• Find and invite any other known community.

Arduino day is in less than a month. We should invite speakers to join our event.
A google form is a quick and easy solution to that problem.

The google form should describe (or point to a resource that does) what we are doing and when we are doing it.

The speaker should be able to fill:

• The public title of their talk
• A small description of their talk
• A generic text input for anything else they want to share

• Contact speaker
• Conclude at the presentation

This repository is used to track the progress of our activities. It would be helpful to have updates directly to Discord. This strategy worked quite when we used slack

Please do some research and propose a way to integrate Github with Discord in order to have issue creation/completion updates on a Discord channel

To avoid slack ownership problems, we should create an admin user with the student branch email.

Create a form to guide someone through the process of creating a project

As student branch we use some services (e.g. this platform, github).

We have to

• keep track of them and document what exactly we have to manage.
• Manage passwords and create fallback scenarios, so we never loose a password.
• Manage roles and be sure that if the service is active there is at least one person that have management access to it

We should have

• A general purpose banner (for web page/post, google form etc)
• A Social media friendly with details on it
