### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently one can choose between 3 activation behavior - Open editor, Pick a color & open editor, Only pick a color. And the default Win+ Shift + C shortcut can only be used for the chosen action behavior only.
It would be beneficial to have separate shortcuts for all the 3 activation behavor -

  • So one shortcut to trigger - Only pick color
  • One for - Open editor
  • And another one for - Pick a color & open editor

Scenario when this would be used?

However depending upon situation, one might need to only access the editor only, however they have chosen the activation behavior to be Pick a color & open editor. In such scenerios they have to pick a color, even though they don't need to to readily access the editor.
As editor can also be used as history of the colors picked, it makes sense to have separate shortcut for power users
