Ban doesn't properly ban someone who's not in the server

has a defined prefix in the help module

Throws an error upon getting a search term thjat does not exist. The error should not pop up as it's handled in discord properly

Embeds are not able to hold more than a certain amount of text.

[prefix]define tyler will not return a result because the text is too long.

Will figure out bugfix for this to handle it

I need to add "?size=256" to the end of the URL for when you click the avatar image at the top so that it properly sizes it in the browsers to be the same size as the embed image otherwise it looks too small

Fines weren't properly accruing and the fines wasn't returning values

Counting deletes were staying for clients most likely because they were being deleted too fast. Restart on client fixed but annoying issue

When people type uwu in the counting channel, it is still recognized by the listener and Gaiza posts it and doesn't delete it

User joining server was not able to properly access uwu response fines at first.

Code was modified to account for this, and will check back on the issue if it is fixed
