Need to figure out what to do with combinatorial labeling: rotate category names?

It would be nice to see in how many lines of ggplot2 we can do the same :D.

Maybe just use one of the generic dataset from Rbase which has the respective factorization (strain, replicate...). It would also be nice to have one dataset as usecase for each proposed function or for each function one simple dataset.

Draw lines between boxes which have been tested for significant difference, write p-value on top. Allow user to specify combinations of groups to be compared, statistical test function, extra parameters etc.
