When text-based class masking is being performed, it should automatically transform the text box based on the expected case, for example:

For the following mask pattern:

const mask = Maskin("xx-XXX");

When data is parsed, it should consider the expected case, and convert it automatically:

mask("abcde"); 	// ab-CDE
mask("ABCDE"); 	// ab-CDE
mask("AB-cde");	// ab-CDE

The current withMask higher-order component API supports masking as part of the withMask parameters, so it prevents the masking to be performed after the component creation.

It shouldn't set the mask pattern on the component creation, but instead of this, it should expect the mask pattern to be got from the component props. It will increase flexibility to the component.
