A Convenient and Collaborative File Sharing System for PNHS
ShareLearn is a file sharing system designed to help students and teachers at your school easily and efficiently share files with one another. With ShareLearn, users can upload and download files to a central location within the school's network, making it easy to access important course materials, assignments, and other resources.
The system is named ShareLearn because it is intended to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among students and teachers. Our file sharing system is a service designed to enable students and teachers within the school to share files with each other. The files that can be shared include any type of file, and there are no restrictions.
Users of the file sharing system must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the school's values and policies. Users must not engage in any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.
We will monitor the use of the file sharing system, including recording the upload times and frequency of file sharing by students and teachers. This monitoring is intended to ensure that the file sharing system is used in accordance with the terms and conditions and to identify any potential misuse.
Our file sharing system is provided to students and teachers at no cost.
Users are solely responsible for the files they upload and share through the file sharing system. Our system is not responsible for the content of the files shared or for any consequences that may arise from the use of the files.
Files uploaded to the file sharing system will not be shared with any third-party websites or services.
We will protect the personal information of our users by not collecting any information other than the fact that the user is a student or teacher and the files that they upload. Cookies may be used to identify the user's device.
By using our file sharing system, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to these terms and conditions, they must not use the file sharing system.

- Head over to the Upload () tab by clicking/tappping the icon.
- Click the () icon inside the a rectangle to add a file.
- In this version, adding file is one at a time. Kindly select the file you want to add in the list.
- If you are done adding all the files you want to add, click/tap () icon to upload the file/s.
- You will be prompted if the files have been successfully uploaded.

Uploads only up to 5MB of data.

If there are any errors, please file a Report.

Head over to Files to see how can you share the files.
- Head over to the Download () tab by clicking/tappping the icon.
- Select the "Enter File Code" text box to search for the file using the file code provided. see Files to know about File Code.
- Paste/Type the file code of a file you want to download.
- After successfully typing the code, press () to search for files associated with the code.
- If there is a file associated with the code, the box under the search button will show the file details and the "Download" button.
- If you are prompted No file associated with the file code. , the code is incorrect, or not existing in the database.
- Clicking/Tapping the "Download" button at the bottom of the page will directly download the file.
- Download speed may vary on your location inside the campus.
- If there are any errors, please file a Report.
- Click/Tap the Scan () icon under the bottom bar, at the center.
- Scan the file QR Code. see Files to know about File QR Code.
- If the QR Code is from sharelearn, it will be automatically redirect you to the download page and ready for download.
- Click/Tap the "Download" button at the bottom to download the file directly.
- If you are prompted No file associated with the file code. ,please file a Report.
- Clicking/Tapping the "Download" button at the bottom of the page will directly download the file.

You can use any QR Code scanner but make sure you are connected to the campus' network.

Download speed may vary on your location inside the campus.

If there are any errors, please file a Report.
- Head over to the Files () tab by clicking/tappping the icon.
- This page will show you the list of all your files.
- If you are a guest, you can see your file name and can copy the code by clicking/tapping the () icon beside the file name.
- If you are a user (logged in), clicking () icon will open up a window that offers to Edit, Check, and Delete the file details, Generate the QR Code for the file that can be used to Download a file.
- Edit File Details
- Click/Tap the () icon to access the edit window.
- Inside the window, you can change the following:
- Name
- Security
- Availability
- Click () to save the file details.
- Delete a file
- Click/Tap the () icon to access the edit window.
- Inside the window click/tap the () button.
- This will delete the file and cannot be recovered.
- Copy File Code
- Click/Tap the () icon to to copy the code to the clipboard.
- This code is used to download files.
- Go to Download via File Code to download files with file codes.
- Generate Qr Code
- Click/Tap the "Show QR Code" link to generate File QR Code.
- The link will change to a 300px square QR Code that leads to file download.
- Go to Scan the QR Code to see how to scan via sharelearn.
